The best strategy for me is just to have two lotto tickets only. one a chosen number combination together with one lucky pick number combination. 

I don't call it betting but Il call it “investing” in lotto. 

Technically speaking, if you have a lotto ticket you can have the chance of winning. 

But the probabilities are so small. 

Only if you believe in miracles, it would be reasonable to play lotto. And even then, it would be foolish to get more than two tickets, since if God decides you are worthy of such miracle.
