The winning tickets were purchased in Lucena City, Quezon and Legaspi City, Albay.
The winners will receive P13,946,766 each .
One of the winners is a 33-year-old fastfood waiter who bagged P13,919,766 for betting on the winning numbers 04-08-11-12-20-21.
The winner from Legaspi City, Albay, bought only one ticket worth P20. The jackpot shared by the two winners was worth P27,893,532. The other winner came from Lucena, Quezon
The lotto winner is still single and plans to buy a house and lot for his parents, share the money with his siblings, and put up a business.
