Want To Operate A Lotto Outlet?

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) is making it easier for small business owners to operate their own lotto outlets as an additional source of income.

PCSO want small businesses in towns and cities all over the country to open lotto outlets.

The bond for lotto outlet agency applicants in municipalities is now only P100,000, P200,000 in cities and P300,000 in chartered cities. Previously, the bond was set at a uniform P300,000.

PCSO also implemented a “3-in-1 promo” wherein it lowered the application fee for lotto agents.

Previously, a lotto agent applicant had to pay P2,500 as application fee and another P2,500 to be an agent of PCSO’s keno game.

But with the lowered fees, for only P2,500 one can already be a lotto, keno and sweepstakes agent. The PCSO also decreased the renewal fee.

Authorized lotto, keno or sweepstakes agents get sales commissions of 7.5 percent for jackpot-bearing games, five percent for digit games and 10 percent for scratch cards.

Lotto agents also get an additional one percent of the jackpot prize or a maximum of P1 million as commission for selling the winning ticket.

Is Luck Real or Not?

If you’re someone who believes that luck has nothing to do with your own will and choice, well, it’s time to change your mind.

Ask yourself, does luck exist or just a thinking?

Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

Luck is about learning where to find an opportunity. You can create your own luck by being aware of your circumstances.  By simply noticing and acting on opportunities.

You need to buy a ticket to win.

You need to put yourself in a position to have luck.

I do believe in luck.

To me, luck is when awareness, opportunity, preparedness and action cross paths.

When one is missing, there is no luck.

This is how luck works.

Today I recognized that the lotto jackpot of 6/58 is P176 Million (Awareness).

So, I seized the moment (Opportunity).

So I bought three lotto tickets worth sixty pesos (preparedness).

So I was aware of the jackpot prize. I took the opportunity and decided to buy lotto tickets.

So I went to a lotto outlet to buy three lotto tickets. (action)

Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

When opportunity meets preparation there is a potential for luck.

So You need to put yourself in a position to have luck.

But if no action is taken when preparation and opportunity meets, nothing happens.

Remember:

You have to be aware of the opportunities around you and take advantage of them.
